To ensure a smooth process for your appointment please make sure you have the following for your online notarization:
· An email address so you can be sent your invitation for your appointment
· The document you wish to have notarized ready for upload
· Valid photo US government-issued ID that is current and contains your personal signature with an expiration date
· Any other individuals (with proper ID) who will be signing the document
· Payment for notarial services
· Awareness and willingness to sign the document(s)

The cost is $37 for the first notarial act with seal. Each additional notarial act (stamp) is $6. Each additional person on video (2nd signer or witness) is $6.
